Public Opinion Surveys

Public opinion surveys were conducted in-person at the Refuge, Island retail locations, and Lighthouse Beach. Surveys were available for the public to complete at Sanibel City Hall, Sanibel Library, Sanibel Recreation Center and the Refuge, as well as various Island resorts until March 6, 2009. The survey was also available on this web site from January 29, 2009 through March 6, 2009. Click here to view the survey results.
